At Red Thread Line, each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition.

 

 

Standard Items (Prints & Small Goods)

• Prints and smaller items ship at a standard flat rate.

• Each piece is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Custom Artwork & Large Pieces

• Custom paintings, beaded skulls, and sculptural works require specialized packaging and handling.

• Due to their size, weight, and fragility, additional shipping charges apply.

• Shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed prior to dispatch.

 

 

Processing Time

• Ready-made items ship within 3–7 business days.

• Custom pieces require extended creation time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

International Shipping (Including U.S. Orders)

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

Handling & Care

• All items are packaged using high-quality materials to protect delicate beadwork and artwork.

• For large or fragile pieces, reinforced packaging or custom crating may be used.
