Refund Policy - the basics

Each piece in our collection is created with intention, care, and craftsmanship. Due to the limited-edition and small-batch nature of our garments, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we may promptly arrange a replacement or store credit, where applicable.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags intact.

We kindly note that slight variations in colour, texture, or fit are part of the unique character of small-batch production and are not considered defects.
